What data we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your organization (optional)
  • Your email address
  • The content of your message

Why we collect it

We process this data solely to respond to your inquiry and follow up about a possible engagement. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in replying to inbound messages).

How long we keep it

We retain contact form submissions for 24 months, after which they are deleted unless an active engagement requires longer retention.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We rely on the following processors to operate this website: Resend (transactional email delivery) and Lovable Cloud (website hosting and database).

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
